Returning to Working Arena

After years of hibernation, I need to update my career status to unemployed to employed. Looking for a suitable job for a dreamer like me is giving me a headache. Some  company will ask me "What did you do during those years (being unemployed)? Whether I answer this question truthfully or not it doesn't matter anymore because some company will not hire a new employee that just came out of the cocoon (like a larvae transformed to a beautiful butterfly). I cant blame them, if they don't trust people like us.  Now, i have been interviewed and asked by the same questions "Tell something about your self" Why we should hire you? etc. etc.

Answering tones of essay(work experience sheet) and exams including psychological, mental, personality and IQ  are very tiring indeed. Not only that, after exams there is the initial interview if you passed it then you will ask to wait, but if the interviewer does not impressed with your speeches then they will politely tell you to wait for a text message if you are qualified for the second interview ( meaning you failed!) Dont give yourself hope that they will contact you.... maybe in your dreams??

One more thing that jobseekers needs to handle (the terror/strict/straight face interviewer) these people really means business in case that your interviewer has a high standards in grammar or you failed to impress them, well my advice is just smile, show them how professional you are, heads- up, be proud of yourself dont make these people ruined your  entire day, say thank you for their precious time... and gently close the door and do your diva exit.... Then while walking out from the office think and analyze what you have learned from that experience, do not linger too much on the bad result and please do not blame yourself.

Lesson learned from hibernating- not a good idea, if you cannot avoid this then make sure you update your education even if it just a short courses or seminars....  but for now I will just lived my life with my favorite motto ...." Try and try until you succeed" There is no harm in trying and trying, what is bad is to give up too easily.

Just remember POSITIVITY will lead us to our goals/dreams!
